quality products.

Will be a single point of contact to ensure Quality of products, this includes quality of 

production driving, being complied with process applicable to production team and to 

reducing cost and turnaround time. 

Conduct pre –production plan and implement production plan as per Pre-Production 

Plan.  

Responsible for the manufacturing process and Factory efficiency. This includes 

overseeing the production schedule, coordinating with other departments, ensuring 

that any defects or issues are addressed promptly and monitoring the progress of 

production. 

Responsible for assigned targets in production. 

Responsible for managing and supervising production supervisor, production staff, 

including hiring, training, Performance grading and scheduling. They must also 

ensure that staff follow safety guidelines and comply with company policies and 

procedures. 

Responsible for managing the production budget and ensuring that production costs 

are kept within budget. They must also identify areas where cost savings can be made 

without compromising quality. 

The production engineer must continuously evaluate and audit the producti on process 

and Production line to identify areas where improvements can be made. This includes implementing new technologies, streamlining processes, and identifying ways to 

increase efficiency. 

Responsible for MIS/ reports and productivity analysis.  

Evaluate process and suggest implementation based on quality reviews.  

CMT estimation with purchase and production.  

Responsible for implement Kaizen and 5s process.  

candidate must be from BTECH in TEXTILE INDUSTRY with 7- 10yrs of experience
