Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Junior Presales Engineer to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team by providing technical solutions, conducting product demos, and creating compelling presentations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to understand our clients' needs. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge about CCNA
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase our solutions and highlight their benefits.
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations based on client needs.
• Identify potential technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings and address any technical questions or concerns.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product features and enhancements.
• Assist in the creation of sales collaterals, including whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
