Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of database management and data extraction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Generate and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist in business decision-making processes.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
