Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Data Analyzing Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data for employee optimization. This position offers to contribute to the improvement of factory processes through insightful data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection:
  • Execute data collection activities using designated tools and methodologies.
  • Collect relevant information on employee performance, attendance, and workflow efficiency.
  1. Data Entry and Maintenance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of collected data into the designated databases or systems.
  1. Report Generation:
  • Assist in generating regular reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Work closely with the team to rectify any discrepancies in the collected data.
  1. Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders regarding data collection requirements and progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for comprehensive data analysis.
  1. Adherence to Protocols:
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for data collection and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement in data collection methods.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of current data collection strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills to convey data-related information effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data collection tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of key performance indicators and employee optimization concepts.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or data collection role is a plus.
