We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. The role is based in Kannur, Kottayam, and Coimbatore and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote surgical disposable products.
• Identify and target potential customers through various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing materials and content to support sales efforts.
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans and budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, especially in the surgical disposable products industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong sales tactics and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• BBA/MBA degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
