We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team in Kerala. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our company's services and generating leads across the All Kerala region. Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
2. No prior sales experience required, but a strong desire to build a career in sales is essential.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
5. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
6. Reliable transportation for customer visits if required.
7. Enthusiasm for technology and an interest in broadband services.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
9. Residency in the local area or knowledge of the local community is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through lead generation methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
• Initiate and maintain contact with prospective and existing customers to understand their internet connectivity needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our broadband services, packages, and technical specifications to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
