SALARY : 25000+INCENTIVES+ TA+DA

Ø Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our surgical disposable products and services

Ø Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads in the healthcare industry

Ø Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals

Ø Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers

Ø Negotiate and close sales deals with customers

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers

Ø Provide excellent customer service and support, including post-sales support

Ø Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery

Ø Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the healthcare industry

Ø Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our surgical disposable products and services

Ø Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Ø Meet or exceed sales targets and Organization goals.

Requirements:

² Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

² Proven track record in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the surgical disposable industry is an added advantage.

² Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals

² Strong negotiation and closing skills

² Ability to work independently and as part of a team

² Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

² Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

² Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events

² Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
