Position: Manager/Dy. Manger-Internal Audit

Academic Qualification:

·        Qualified Chartered Accountant/CA(Inter)

·        Management Accountant

·        MBA (Finance) – Regular form a reputed institute

Soft Skills:

·        Should be well versed in all MS Office applications

·        Good in preparation of presentations

·        Very good communication skills

Experience:

Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a reputed corporate in the similar filed.

Minimum expectation includes the following:

·        A self starter having highest enthusiasm to understand the business process in detail and suggest process improvement

·        Determining internal audit scope and developing the annual audit plans

·        Coordination and ensuring the audit execution in discussion with centre level auditors

·        Analyzing the audit reports and presenting the major findings with the respective process owners and ensure timely corrective action.

·        Organising the audit meetings with the management

·        Working closely with the audit committee and fulfill all the requirements

·        High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

·        Exceptional problem solving abilities along with an analytical mind.

·        Good leadership skills

·        Ability to gather, review and analyze data and suggest business insights

·        Apply best practices for across all businesses segments
