Position: Manager/Dy. Manger-Internal Audit

Academic Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/CA(Inter)

• Management Accountant

• MBA (Finance) – Regular form a reputed institute

Soft Skills:

• Should be well versed in all MS Office applications

• Good in preparation of presentations

• Very good communication skills

Experience:

Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a reputed corporate in the similar filed.

Minimum expectation includes the following:

• A self starter having highest enthusiasm to understand the business process in detail and suggest process improvement

• Determining internal audit scope and developing the annual audit plans

• Coordination and ensuring the audit execution in discussion with centre level auditor.

Analyzing the audit reports and presenting the major findings with the respective process owners and ensure timely corrective action.

• Organising the audit meetings with the management

• Working closely with the audit committee and fulfill all the requirements

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

• Exceptional problem solving abilities along with an analytical mind. 

• Good leadership skills

• Ability to gather, review and analyze data and suggest business insights

• Apply best practices for across all businesses segments
