Soft Skills:

Experience:

• Should have minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in a reputed corporate in the similar filed.

Minimum expectation includes the following:

•  A self starter having highest enthusiasm to understand the business process in detail and suggest process improvement

•  Determining internal audit scope and developing the annual audit plans

• ·Coordination and ensuring the audit execution in discussion with Centre level auditors

•  Analyzing the audit reports and presenting the major findings with the respective process owners and ensure timely corrective action.

• Organising the audit meetings with the management

• ·Working closely with the audit committee and fulfill all the requirements

• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

•  Exceptional problem solving abilities along with an analytical mind
