As a Front Line Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in Bellari, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong passion for achieving targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR or related industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
• Age criteria (23-32)
• CIBIL Score should be above 650

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve assigned targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs
