Designation: Key Account Officer

  1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and potential opportunities for growth in the assigned area.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  3. Continuously educate oneself about the company's products or services to be able to address customer inquiries and provide relevant information during sales interactions.
  4. Create sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports for management to track progress and make informed decisions.
  5. Utilize CRM software or tools to track customer interactions, record important details, and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  6. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build and expand the professional network, potentially leading to new business opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with all sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards set by the organization.
  8. Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collect and provide feedback from customers regarding their preferences, concerns, and suggestions to help improve products and services.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to provide comprehensive solutions to clients and address their needs effectively.
  11. Efficiently plan and manage daily and weekly schedules to maximize sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
  12. Monitor and manage expenses related to sales activities, such as travel and entertainment expenses, within budgetary constraints.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze the strategies and activities of competitors in the market to stay ahead of the competition.
  14. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints or issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  15. Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs provided by the organization to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  16. Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to sales and business operations in the assigned area.

  18. Ensure payment of product or services on time.
