Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to follow up and follow through on tasks
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Proactively communicate and engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Identify sales opportunities and work towards meeting sales targets
• Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management
• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement
