Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in Bank insurance or sales, with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the HR industry and services is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Willingness to travel within Tuticorin and nearby areas
• Age criteria (23-32)
• CIBIL Score should be above 650

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads in Tuticorin and its surrounding areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
