Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in Bank insurance or sales, with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the HR industry and services is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Willingness to travel within Tuticorin and nearby areas
- Age criteria (23-32)
- CIBIL Score should be above 650
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in Bangalore and its surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
