Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. The role is full-time and offers a competitive salary.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR services and industry trends is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • CIBIL Score should be above 650
  • Age criteria (23- 35)

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and activities using CRM software.
