We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Service Manager to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. in Calicut. As the Branch Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in insurance field required
• Age criteria (23-32)
• CIBIL Score should be above 650

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office
• Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients
• Supervise and support branch staff to achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics
• Provide regular reports to senior management on branch activities and performance
