We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Manager in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch office and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in bank insurance required
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of HR services industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Age criteria (23-34)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch office
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team members
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the team
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management
