Job Overview

This position requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage the operations of our branch located in Cox Town, Bangalore. As the Branch In Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the branch and achieving business objectives. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The employment type for this role is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in Team handling/managing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Need proficiency in Kannada and English. 
• Experience in managing and coordinating the work of branch employees. 
• Experience in conducting camps will be an added advantage 
• Experience in Health Care/hospital industry
• Male candidates preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Set and achieve business objectives, targets, and KPIs
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
• Stay updated on industry and market trends, recommending strategic initiatives
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
