We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for Tamil Nadu. As the ASM, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the assigned territory, optimizing sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Sound knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market and customer dynamics
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Agency Experience required.
• CIBIL Score should be above 650.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet performance goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and track performance against targets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
• Stay updated on industry developments and participate in professional development activities
