Job Overview


We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of agency experience required
  • CIBIL Score should be above 650
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff in the Salem region
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure effective execution of sales and operational activities
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency
