Job Description: Agency Sales Insurance

Position: Unit Manager (UM) / Assistant Manager (AM) / Sales Manager (SM)

Location: Palakkad, Kollam, Calicut, Trivandrum

Overview: We are actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a preference for sales experience to join our dynamic team in the role of Unit Manager (UM), Assistant Manager (AM), or Sales Manager (SM) for our Agency Sales division in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

Agency Recruitment and Development:

  • Actively recruit, train, and nurture a team of agents in the assigned location.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to agents to ensure their professional growth.


Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.


Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.


Local Market Understanding:

  • Stay informed about the local market trends and competition.
  • Customize sales approaches based on the unique characteristics of each location.


Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and local business partners.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.


Qualifications:

  • Any sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team.


Education:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


Designation:

  • The successful candidate will be designated as Unit Manager (UM), Assistant Manager (AM), or Sales Manager (SM) based on experience and performance.
