Qualifications and Skills

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice and support
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients for business development
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Tally ERP software to maintain accurate financial records
