Job Description:

• Serve as the primary contact person during implementation of project.
• Solve business critical issues within minimum turnaround time
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on project progress and client feedback.
• Responsible for establish good relationships with client representatives and ensure client satisfaction by making sure that services are delivered accordingly.
