Job Description:

FACE Prep seeks an experienced Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer to deliver impactful training sessions. The trainer will work closely with students or professionals to improve their problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and employability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on aptitude topics such as quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Facilitate soft skills training, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
• Design and develop engaging course material and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
• Provide personalised feedback and support to trainees to ensure their continuous improvement.
• Monitor trainee progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in aptitude and soft skills training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in aptitude and soft skills training.

Must own a laptop.
