Responsibilities :
1. Trouble Shooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers over phone which involves working in different time zones.
2. Diagnose and resolve softwareand hardware issues.
3. Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Willing to work rotational shift(including night Shift)
5. Excellent written & Spoken communication skills.
