Job Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Non US IT Recruitments) with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at eZone Staffing, LLC. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting non-US IT professionals for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting non-US IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of non-US IT recruitments and US tax terms
• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and client stakeholders
• Familiarity with W2 and direct client hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit non-US IT professionals for our clients' requirements
• Screen and assess candidates based on their qualifications and skills
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and timely recruitment processes
• Maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in non-US IT recruitments
• Communicate with clients and understand their recruitment needs and preferences
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' compatibility with the client's requirements
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.

Work location : LB Nagar, Hyderabad with onsite job opportunity!

Shift Timings : 7 PM to 4 AM.
