Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team at eZone Staffing, LLC. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating talent for various job positions. This is a Junior level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a Full-Time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
- Familiarity with US IT recruitment and non IT recruitment processes.
- Experience in coordinating with direct clients and understanding their specific requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Any Graduate, would be preferred by related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific job positions.
- Conduct screening interviews and assessments to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create customized sourcing strategies.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
Experience level : 1 - 3 years, Work location : LB Nagar, Hyderabad.
Work Mode : Onsite.
