Job Title: Business Development Manager 	 	 Job Description:	 	 We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the CSR/NGO sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The role will involve identifying potential clients, pitching proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing projects.	 	 Responsibilities:	 	 Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.	 	 Identifying potential clients and conducting market research to understand their needs.	 	 Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients.	 	 Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements with clients.	 	 Managing ongoing projects and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.	 	 Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all client requirements are met.	 	 Maintaining a database of clients and tracking sales and revenue targets.	 	 Providing regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets.	 	 Requirements:	 	 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.	 	 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the CSR/NGO sector.	 	 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.	 	 Strong project management skills.	 	 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.	 	 Understanding of corporate social responsibility and sustainability issues.	 	 Ability to meet sales targets and revenue goals.	 	 Willingness to travel as required.	 	 Compensation:	 	 The position offers a competitive salary of 6 Lakh plus six-month incentives based on performance.
