Job Description

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Responding to customer inquiries and extending support
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Planning the standardization of service delivery.
• Generate sales leads.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to the operations and sales team.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Required skill set:

• A bachelor’s degree (Higher qualification may have added advantage)
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
