Job Description:

1. Achieving Targets for freight Volumes and Gross Margins.
2. Securing customers through face-to-face meetings and networks by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline for regular conversion.
3. Desire to help customers in all conditions.
4. Promoting Sea and Air Freight within our ideal customers. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
5. Critical thinker who can propose solutions to Clients in accordance with the ongoing changes in the market situation.
6. Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the local market in order to improve profitability, and increase client tie- in.
7. Closely follow ups on the market outstanding within set credit limit.
8. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market for Air Product
9. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Required skill set:

• Good negotiation and sales skills.
• Effective Verbal and written communication is one of the basic requirements for the position.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
• Able to work with little supervision
• Candidate should be at least a university graduate. A professional academic degree will be an added advantage
