ExuberantHR is hiring Relationship Managers for a self-funded startup started in the year 2018 by experienced industry experts having 25-30 years of experience and well-networked in the financial service industry. The company has currently 4 verticals that are specialized for various financial and technology needs.
Role Brief:
Acquire new clients and build a strong relationship with our existing customers by providing and advising them on various investment products and services. Advising clients on tailored solutions and services by a holistic advisory approach for clients. You will work towards specific individuals, teams, and assets under management (AUM) as well as achieve revenue targets. You are required to deliver superior service to clients and seek opportunities to collaborate for cross-selling opportunities. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with the company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run.
Role and Responsibility:
- To identify and acquire new customers & sales opportunities & present our company to potential clients. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Arrange meetings of senior management with prospective clients for successful closures.
- Understand customer needs and requirements & Provide advice that helps them to sort out their problems in investment. Ensuring future business from those prospective customers in the long run.
- Advise clients on a range of products viz for financial planning and advice. Mutual Funds, FD, Bonds, Equity & all the products promoted by the company.
- Generate revenues and AUM for the company as per the expectation/Target.
- Give high-priority service to the customers as per the company processes.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Report to the Team Lead /Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Qualification and Experience:
- NISM Series V-A certified (Mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial service industry in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Graduate / Masters in Business Administration or similar field
- Strong understanding and knowledge of financial products or financial planning. Prior experience as Relationship Manager – Capital Market would be preferred
