1 Designation : Telecalling Executive/ Tele Marketing Executive

2 Qualification :  10+2 or Diploma Graduation or equivalent

3 All you need is… Fresher or Experience working as a telecaller (Preferred BPO working Exp)

3A Skills Required : 1 Good Communication Skills 2 Knowledgeable with computers

4 What will your job look like?1 Contacting current and potential leads to inform them regarding the training courses.2 Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and service 3 Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.4 Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to senior authority for closing.5  Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. 6 Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization 7 Working data of relevant software systems.
