Job Overview

Expo Job Consultancy is hiring a Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client staffing needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Promote and sell our placement services and staffing solutions
• Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
