Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication and social media strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.

Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) for various platforms including the company website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.

Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. Monitor trends and incorporate best practices to optimize reach and engagement.

Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency in all communications by adhering to brand guidelines and messaging framework.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand initiatives, product launches, and events. Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and communication effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and improve performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in brand communications, social media management, or related roles.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and social media strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools 

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
