**Job Description:**

As a Service Engineer at Kreative Technomation Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of our technological solutions deployed at client sites. You will be responsible for providing timely and efficient technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service orientation.

**Requirements:**

·      Technical support on-sites and telephonic support to customers.

·      Electrical drawings understanding.

·      Industrial Panel Testing skills.

·      Experience in making PLC & HMI programmers for different applications.

·      Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, SERVO, ENCODERS, etc.

·      Strong Electrical problem-solving skills on site for maintenance & installation.

·      Excellent communication skills for explaining applications to customers.

·      Programming skills in Mitsubishi HMI & PLC.

·      Knowledge of onsite installation of panels with programming.

Qualification :

·      Education: BE in electrical, IC, EC, or Diploma in Electrical, IC, EC.
