**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team at Flavy Dairy Solutions. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Flavy Dairy Solutions equipment at customer sites. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and maximizing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, commission, and calibrate Flavy Dairy Solutions equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper functionality and performance.

- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service visits to proactively identify and address potential issues, minimize downtime, and optimize equipment performance.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with Flavy Dairy Solutions equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical documentation.

- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments to components, parts, and systems as needed to restore equipment to optimal operating condition.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and end-users on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flavy Dairy Solutions equipment.

- Document all service activities, including maintenance procedures, repair actions, parts used, and customer interactions, in service reports and maintenance logs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.

- Stay updated on product updates, technical bulletins, and service manuals provided by Flavy Dairy Solutions, and ensure compliance with service procedures and guidelines.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior service technicians and field service representatives as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical certification.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the dairy processing or food manufacturing industry.

- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and diagnose technical issues effectively.

- Experience with dairy processing equipment, including pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, filling machines, and packaging systems, is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed for service visits and installations.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
