We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team at Flavy Dairy Solutions. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting Flavy Dairy Solutions products and services. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for Flavy Dairy Solutions products and services.
- Identify and qualify new leads and sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dairy producers, processors, and distributors, to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions and proposals based on their specific dairy processing challenges and goals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Flavy Dairy Solutions products and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the dairy processing or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of dairy processing principles, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
