Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Technician-Field Sales Executive to join our team. This onsite role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, demonstrating and selling IT products such as CC TV, Interactive flat panels, Projectors, Computers, Printers, boom barriers, metal detectors etc. and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves a combination of inside sales, outside sales, and extensive travel to meet clients and close deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  1. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs regularly.
  1. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  1. Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the company.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and competitive trends.
  1. Travel:
  • Travel to meet with prospective and existing clients as required.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.


Qualifications:

**Education:**

  • Minimum qualification of 12th pass, diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelors degree in any field is an advantage but not required.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Sales Executive, Account Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.


- **Experience:**

- Minimum 1 Year of experience in IT Product Sales.

- Experience in common IT tools and software.


- **Skills:**

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Advanced technical understanding of the companys products and services.
