Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various engineering positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Mid-Level HR - Recruiter role with 4 to 6 years of experience in Ahmedabad. Full-Time employment at Anvica Advisory Pvt. Ltd. (11-50 employees).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managements and other stakeholders
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary terms with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
• Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications
