The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, assisting them in selecting and implementing the most suitable dairy processing solutions for their specific requirements. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with sales team members to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate dairy processing solutions.

- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Flavy Dairy Solutions products and services.

- Assist customers in evaluating their current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Design and develop customized dairy processing solutions based on customer needs, including equipment configurations, process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to provide input and feedback on product design and functionality.

- Support customers during the installation, commissioning, and startup of dairy processing equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.

- Provide training to customers and end-users on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flavy Dairy Solutions products.

- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating communication and resolving technical issues and concerns.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the dairy processing market.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in the dairy processing or food manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of dairy processing principles, equipment, and technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed for sales presentations, demonstrations, and customer support activities.
