About Expertia AI

Expertia AI is a deep tech startup in the HR tech space. We are developing the current state of the art systems to lead into the next decade of products in the HR-tech space. Expertia AI is incubated at and funded by Entrepreneur First Bangalore with Kanishk Shukla and Akshay Gugnani as its co-founders. Kanishk was earlier the co-founder of Koovs.com and Akshay has worked as an AI researcher at the Computer Science AI lab at MIT and IBM Research.

At Expertia AI, we are looking for Product and UI/ UX Designers who will be in charge of the entire product creation process. They will be ultimately responsible for discovering and defining a problem, and then empathically designing a solution. The skills that you must have range from technical to human-centered design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Build libraries for design tools, contribute and maintain design documentation in Figma, drive alignment across partners, and create detailed design specifications for engineering partners.
• Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
