Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Expertia AI. This is a full-time position based in our Bangalore office, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent in the tech industry by utilizing our advanced recruitment tools and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 year of experience in tech recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and screening technical candidates.
- Proficiency in utilizing screening techniques to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Experience in passive pool search and applying Boolean searching methods to effectively target suitable candidates.
- Ability to conduct x-ray searches across various platforms to expand potential candidate reach.
- Must be skilled in interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, competencies, and potential contributions to the company.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and conduct interviews professionally and effectively.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation of all recruiting activities and prepare comprehensive reports using an ATS
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to successful candidate onboarding, is essential.
- Experience of having using Expertia ATS is a bonus!
- Experience having worked and hired for a SaaS or AT startup in a bonus too!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and develop a recruitment plan.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles within the organization.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Conduct detailed and structured interviews to ensure candidates meet the job requirements and company standards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting status and metrics to the recruitment manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance the candidate experience by delivering a positive and professional engagement during the recruitment process.
- Continuously develop networks and relationships with a diverse pool of candidates for open and future positions.
