Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Store Associate for a full-time, fixed-term employment position located in Navi Mumbai or Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in customer service and store operations, ensuring exemplary service and efficient store management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
  • Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service skills (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth product knowledge to efficiently assist and guide customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures to manage transactions accurately.
  • Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishments.
  • Strong teamwork abilities to foster a collaborative work environment amongst store staff.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any store-related issues proactively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to inform and assist customers effectively, contributing to sales generation.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales and the safeguarding of store funds.
  • Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders for replenishment, and organizing store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with store staff to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance service satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new staff members regarding store policies, customer service techniques, and product information.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
