Our client is the leading automotive manufacturer.


1 .NET Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Experience in Entity Framework and Git Version Control
  • JSON Serialization, Web Services and API’s.


2. SQL Expertise:

  • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Perform regular database maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge or programming experience in PL/SQL , T-SQL and relational DB’s.


3. Customer Support Tickets:

  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets related to software applications.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Document resolutions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understanding on Jira system.
  • SLA understanding and adherence to timelines.


4. Logs Verification:

  • Analyze application logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work with the development team to resolve issues identified through logs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience in handling customer support tickets and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with log monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
