Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Senior Dotnet Developer to join our dynamic team on a Contract or Contract-To-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, VB.NET, and SQL, and will play a crucial role in the development of our innovative HR Tech products. This position is located at our headquarters in Bangalore and offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and VB.NET
• Design and implement database solutions using SQL
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements
• Develop APIs and integrate them with various systems
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET) (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in SQL for database management and queries (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Role Specific Requirement

• Looking for a resource to work in development in VB .NET, C#, Linux ,API,SQL Server.
• Knowledge in AWS Cloud, Windows power shell script.
• Strictly adhere to the internal SDLC process quality standards set by the organization and provide the drive to the team to achieve the KPI and SLA targets.
• Flexible to work in extended time.
