Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer to join our team. The position is based in Mumbai, with options for remote and hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in JavaScript programming and front-end development and will take part in exciting projects contributing to the future of HR Tech.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript programming (Mandatory skill) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
• Experience in front-end development including HTML/CSS (Mandatory skill).
• Basic understanding and practical experience with Node.js.
• Experience in developing web applications using React.js or Angular.js.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs to integrate back-end services.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end features using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing website interfaces.
• Work alongside back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
• Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Contribute to regular team meetings and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support the deployment of new features and provide maintenance as required.
