Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level JavaScript Developer for a full-time, remote position based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and be adept at developing web applications using JavaScript and its ecosystem. The role focuses on building high-performance, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our innovative HR Tech products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript Fundamentals (Mandatory skill)
• Advanced understanding of DOM Manipulation (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of ES6+ Features and modern JavaScript syntax
• Experience with Asynchronous Programming and handling asynchronous data streams
• Hands-on experience with React.js for building user interfaces
• Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development and building scalable applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating backend services
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs to improve application performance
