Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Framework, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers for the improvement of code quality.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by running tests and improving performance.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for code, features, and API services.
• Mentor junior developers and help them enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualification

• Strong Communication skills 
• Ability to do multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Proficiency in system analysis, design, development and implementation
• Extensive working Knowledge in Java, jsp,html, css, boot strap, jquery, js. Good in Frontend & backend responsive design.Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to define and implement innovative solutions.isually appealing user interfaces.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining full-stack applications.Expert in building Technical Design Documentation, Test Scripts, maintaining RICEFW matrices and Project/Team Management activities
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.Implement security and data protection measures in line with industry best practices.
• Good Knowledge in SQL Query & Spring MDC Framework.
• Extensive knowledge & working experience in Java,jsp.                                                                    
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, SQL Query
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.  Added value - Mybatis
