We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grocery Manager to join our team at Expertia AI. This full-time mid-level position is based in Mumbai and requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing grocery operations, enhancing customer experiences, and leading a dynamic team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills

- Experience using inventory management software to monitor stock levels and make ordering decisions efficiently.

- Ability to coordinate supply chain processes to maintain stock consistency and manage deliveries seamlessly.
- Expertise in sales forecasting to predict sales trends and adjust inventory and staffing accordingly.
- Conflict resolution abilities to effectively manage and resolve customer and employee issues.
